Garrett Bradley is a mentally unstable survivor of Theta Pi in which a prank gone horribly wrong. Garrett was cheating Megan on Jessica Pierson, so she, along with her sorority sisters, including his sister, Chugs, planned a prank to get back at him. However, when Garrett thought Megan was dead, he stabbed her with a lug wrench, really killing her. This lead to a chain of murders a year later after Chugs, Jessica, and Claire dumped her body in a mine shaft. They thought Garrett was the killer but his mental instability, along with an e-mail sent to him, the same one sent to the sorority girls, proves he didn't do it but revealed to be Cassidy's boyfriend, Andy Richards, who did to have a bright future with her. Andy let Garrett live because the event left him severely traumatized that he had suicide hotline on his speed dial.
Garrett is a gardener.
Garrett is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley, the younger brother of the late Charlene "Chugs" Bradley, and the ex-boyfriend of Megan Blaire.
After the incident, Garrett became one of the victims of the Anti-Hunters.

Not much is known about him, though, Garrett proves to be unfaithful as he cheated on Megan with Jessica. As Megan dumped him, he wanted to get back together, to which she taken him back only because of a plan she and her sorority sisters planned.
When Megan was pretending she was OD, Garrett was panicking, showing that he really does still has feelings for her. He was even shown whining and wanted Chugs to call his mom.
Garrett and Chugs are related as brother and sister, thought, their interaction isn't shown, they do have a good relationship, after accidentally killing Megan, Chugs didn't want to see his brother go to jail, he may also holds being protective of her as well.
After the incident of the accidental death of Megan, Garrett became mentally unstable. Garrett's stress and guilt over killing Megan have also made him suicidal, when Andy started killing people who know about Megan's demise, he sent him a video of her death and a piece of fabric of her jacket, this only furthers his instability, where Garrett was slashing his wrists with a broken shard from a mirror. Andy stated he was so ready he to snap he put suicide hotline on his speed dial.
Months later, after Andy's killing spree was stopped, Garrett has developed a sincere hatred towards Theta Pi and the sorority girls who are part of it, even the ones he knows who use to be. It confirms that his instability, suicidal, and depressed moodiness have amplified after hearing the demise of his sister, Chugs.

Chugs is Garrett's older sister.
Chugs and Garrett seems to have a good relationship, even through playful mischief, as when she, along with Jessica, Clair, Cassidy, and Ellie, saw him making out with Megan through the webcam, who they thought she broke with him because he cheated on her but took him back, Chugs commented that he's good in bed.
Chugs is aware of him cheating on Megan, a Theta Pi sorority, so she gave him pills, which are Vitamin B-12, and told him they were roofies. She was willing to partake in the prank and fool him into thinking Megan had a seizure.
When they were driving to Beck Mining Company, Garrett believes Megan was really dead, she, along with the fake dying Megan, giggled that he wanted to their mom.
At the mining company's lake, after Garrett stabbed Megan in the chest with a lug wrench, Chugs wasn't get his younger brother go to jail for a prank that ended horribly, a further testament of their brother-sister relationship.
After realizing what he has done, he blamed the girls, including Chugs.
A year later, during a party party held after graduation, the girls all receive on their cell phones a photo of a robed person holding the bloody tire iron and suspicion immediately falls on Garrett, she verbally expressed she was kill him and thought it was a bad joke. After the girls deduced that he's gone psycho, Chugs defended him stating she knows him, adding he "sorta lost his way" after killing Megan, even stating he may developed a weird sense of humor.
It's unknown how he took it or found out about Chugs' death but her demise only amplifies his instability, suicidal tendencies, and depression.

Not much is mentioned or seen between his parents, though, they seem to be on good terms.
When Garrett believed Megan was dead, he was so distraught that he wanted to call his mom, making the fake dying Megan and his sister giggle.
After he accidentally killed Megan, Jessica thought it would be best to call their parents first as they need lawyers.
It's unknown if they got news about Garrett's involvement with Megan's death, Theta Pi massacre, or his demise in the Anti-Hunters' killing spree.
Garrett loves the parties that happened in Theta Pi.
However, after cheating on Megan, she, along with Jessica, Claire, Ellie, Cassidy, including his sister, Chugs, wanted to teach him a lesson by playing a prank. Jessica stated that when you chest on a Theta, you cheat on every Theta.
However, the prank backfired, resulting him accidentally killing Megan.
A year later, after the events of Andy's killing spree, Garrett grew to resent Theta Pi and the members of the sorority, even the ones he knows who use to be.
Megan Blaire[]
Garrett and Megan use to be a couple but she broke up with him because he cheated of her with another Theta Pi girl.
Some time later, she took him back only to get back at him. The prank had Megan having a seizure after Garrett gave her pills, which are Vitamin B-12, who was told by his sister that they were roofies.
Panicking, he gets the van for the girls and, while driving to the lake of Beck Mining Company, Garrett started to get hysterical as Megan, who was pretending not to move, was really dead. She, along with Chugs, giggled as Garrett wanted to call his mom.
At the mining company, when the girls scattered, keeping the charade up, Garrett stabbed Megan in the chest with a lug wrench. As he saw Megan was still alive but dying for real, he only watched in horror as Megan bleeds to death. He shortly afterwards as the girls, minus Cassidy, dumped her body in a mine shaft.
Garrett's stress and guilt over killing Megan have also made him suicidal. It's hinted when he fought Megan was dead during the prank, showing he still holds genuine feelings towards her. This is further supported by Jessica's statement during their prank, she stated after Megan dumped him, she took him back without Garrett questioning why.
A year later, Garrett received a video of her death and a piece of fabric of her jacket, this only furthers his instability, where Garrett was slashing his wrists with a broken shard from a mirror.

When Cassidy opposes what she did, Jessica stated that theirs three to one odds that he's still alive, only to gasp for air which startles them.
Cassidy realizes he cut his own wrists until Jessica explained that he sent half of the jacket to them, killed Mickey, than slit his wrists in guilt until Cassidy shows them his phone that he received the same messages as them, meaning it couldn't be Garrett who's this.
According to Maggie, Garrett cheated on Megan with Jessica because Megan told her.

Upon she questioned him he's gonna kill her too, Garrett lowers the lug wrench as he backs up a bit and Cassidy passes him.

Even though they were never seen interacting with each other, Maggie does know he cheated on her sister, Megan, because she told her it was with Jessica, so she may hold the same disdain towards him. This is further supported when Maggie confessed to sleeping with Jessica's boyfriend, Kyle, as payback.
It's unknown what became now after the Andy's killing but its possible he resents her for becoming a member of Theta Pi just like he resents the sorority itself.
Even though they were seen interacting, Andy does know what Garrett did because Ellie told him.
Andy confessed to Cassidy he committed the murders who knew about Megan's death but he didn't kill Garrett, though, he admitted he was so ready he to snap he put suicide hotline on his speed dial.
Even though Andy committed the killing spree, him cheating on Megan it was started it, making partly responsible for the deaths of, not only his sister, but also Dr. J. Rosenberg, Joanna, Mickey Donaldson, Claire Wen, Mrs. Crenshaw, Kyle Tyson, Jessica Pierce, and Andy Richards himself.
Garrett has become a target of the organization due to his murder of Megan causing the chain of events of Andy's killing spree and his suicidal tendencies.
