Trivia[]

In the second film, Sheriff Wydell turns out to be George Wydell's brother, from the first film.
- Sheriff Wydell had a dream of his brother asking him for revenge, as it happened when he stabbed the person responsible for his death, Mama Firefly.
The survivors from the previous films died later in the series.
- Rufus T. Teasdale, Mama Firefly, Tiny Firefly, Baby Firefly, Doctor Satan, Otis B. Driftwood, and Captain Spaulding - House of 1000 Corpses to The Devil's Rejects.
  - Even though it wasn't shown, Doctor Satan's demise was featured in the deleted scene.
Tiny Firefly suffers from gigantism.
Tiny Firefly was severely scarred and deformed due to an incident involving his biological father, Earl Firefly, Gloria Firefly's original husband.
- According to Gloria, Earl had an unprovoked spur of violence which lead to him dousing Tiny in gasoline and lighting him on fire.
Wendy, who tried to seek escape, was accidentally hit by a truck.
In the second film, Sheriff Wydell calls a movie critic to learn about the Firefly family's names, and discovers them all to be characters from Groucho Marx's movies.
