Deputy Bennett is a deputy of the Welling Police Department and under Sergeant Volchek's authority. Like him, Deputy Bennett was partaking in Samantha Pringle's rampage due to a brain implant of Paul's robotic creation, BB.
After the incident, Deputy Bennett became one of Agent Cummings' victims in his killing spree during a massacre over summer.

Like any officer, Deputy Bennett is a hard-working and dedicated police officer who cares for the safety and well-being of the citizens.
Like Sergeant Volchek, he doesn't take interest when it comes to others reporting activity regarding their mental state as he was reluctant to inform him that Elvira called, saying that she seen Sam across Paul's house alive and well.

Death[]
After killing Dr. Johanson, Stewart saw someone through the window door. Leaning against the door, Deputy Bennett opens the other door, before doing anything after seeing the doctor dead, Agent Cummings instantly covers his mouth and pressed him against the wall than quickly drives a knife into his throat.
Struggling to push him away, the AFT agent draws out the knife as Bennett's body slides down sitting as blood spews from his throat.

- BB gripped a car thief and Carl's throat.
- Doctor Johanson was stabbed in the throat. Officer Bennett was stabbed in the same vital area seconds after Johanson's demise.
